FOR TOPPINGS, I USED:
2 small diced green onion.
2 Cups.Of grated cheese.
1 Cup.Of crumbled bacon.
I set the temperature of my oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, I combined olive oil with seasonings: salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and hot sauce.
I sliced the potatoes into little cubes, then I added them to the dish.
I sprayed a 9×13-inch dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Then I added the potatoes, and I dumped the excess sauce in the dish.
I cooked the potatoes for around 45 minutes, stirring the pot every 15 minutes.
I cut the chicken breasts into tiny cubes and I added them to the bowl with the rest of the sauce.
I placed the topping ingredients in a small bowl: grated cheese with bacon and diced green onion.
When the potatoes are ready, I added the marinated uncooked meat.
Next, I added the salad dressing over the chicken.
I baked the chicken for 15 minutes until fried, and crisp.
